1966 Camp Wagon

Anyone know much about the Ford Camp Wagons?

I just bought one, and I am trying to find out a little more about them.

Who built them for Ford?

What was standard, what was optional?

Mine has an automatic, was that standard with Camp Wagons?

Were the drapes/mattress part of the package or did owners have to install them?

Thanks.
