How big is this swap meet, and how deep do my pockets need to be before entering the door?

I havn't been to it but a friend of mine that went last year said he had to go both saturday and sunday to get through the whole show/swap meet.

Im pretty sure it is free to get in. The website doesn't say that there is an entry fee. All it says is "open to the public".

It's only old american car stuff. Mostly Hot rod and muscle car stuff. I'm looking for a few things for my 64 F100. Should be fun.

Well I'm looking for a set of cheap cragers in 15x8.

A 4 barrel intake manifold for the 292 y-block.

Maybe a set of ram horn exhaust manifolds.

I may buy a LSD 9" chunk if I find one cheap enough, otherwise I've already started collecting parts to rebuild mine.

I'm looking for a cool unique shift ****.

And generally anything else that I might think I need if it's cool enough. ;D

Hey Mike, I just noticed your in littleton. I'm actually in Englewood at the apartments on broadway just south of bellview (Greenwood point).

What are you driveing around in? I'm in the black SWB 64 F100 thats lowered and needs a paint job. I've seen a red slick and a white one running around too.

Well that wouldn't be me, my trucks in parts in the garage, for now.. I have seen a lowered black slick running around, seems I recall it being by Performance tire and wheel a few times???

Any luck for goodies at the swap?

Nah, The only thing I saw for A y-block was a tripower manifold. I didn't get it though. Seems like all the parts where made of gold. They must have been for the prices they where asking.

I did get a good deal on a 4 barrel manifold from one of our fellow forum members though.

Is there any good local sources for parts for out trucks? I've gotten some stuff fromTruckford parts over on hampden. Any other places?

I need a couple of fenders and a grill.

Thats not me over by performance. I work at Stevenson Imports. The porsche / Jaguar dealer on Broadway.

My office is at Hampden and Broadway, so I got you on the Stevenson deal

There is a salvage yard in Aurora but I haven't made a trip out there to see what they have. I visited the place in Erie once looking for parts for my Cougar, I am tempted to check there for truck parts too.. Every once-and-a-while, Colorado Salvage (Santa Fe & Radcliff) will get a 61-66 truck in the yard. I could use a passenger fender myself and know they have em at TruckFord, but I keep digging for the deals

Couger, huh? I'm trying to talk my cousin into buying a 67-69 couger right now. He really wants a 69-70 mustang though. I keep seeing this blond girl in a really nice late 60's red Couger around the dealership i work at. What year you got?

Our's, or I should say the wife's, is a 68 XR7. That was a compromise car, I got a project as long as it was a car she picked... Metallic green with a cream colored top, usually get out around May through October. One thing nice about the 'stangs, a lot more parts available for fix-n-up.
