Head gasket job final stages

So I've replaced the head gasket, head bolts, radiator, water pump, timing belt, spark plugs and a whole lota' tubing. When its all put back together, what should I do about the remaining contaminated coolant still in the block? I was thinking about filling it with a little antifreeze and water and running it up to jiffy lube and gettin' it flushed. (I know, I know, but we're lucky if it gets to 32 degrees out, and disposal is their problem).

Any suggestions?

BTW, I searched quite a few posts about removing the damper, bracing the wrench on the ground and kicking the starter didn't work. Two ratchets and a new breaker bar later, I finally got the bolt using a 24" pipe wrench to hold the damper, and my new breaker bar with a lot of muscle.

You could do that or buy the little flush kit that hooks into the heater hoses.
