Does anyone know where I can buy a starter over the counter for a 2002 7.3?? everyone that I called said that that is an order item only?!

Where all did you try...?
I would just guess any mojor ford dealerships parts dept could get you one, on site....If youre trying parts stores, id start to call dealerships.
