Must...shoot...beer...cans!

Hey there. I need to find a place to go shooting in the Billings area. I'm a newbie here and I just want to fire some shots at a few wascally beer cans! If anybody out there in the area knows of a good place to go, let me know.
I'd like to go this weekend and relax to the sound of M-1's and Mausers.

What are you doing Tomorrow?

There is a place North of town a few miles. I go out there quite a bit.

You need to shoot at a target (its BLM land) and Beer cans don't quite count.

My number is 238-0052, gimme a call if you wanna go. I'll grab a handgun or two, and my 10/22 and go ventilate anything that resembles a ten ring.

I hate shooting beer cans too. My buddy and I always just love to terrorize Mtn Dew cans!! The 10-22's ventilate them very nicely...and rapidly, but the .223s..lol..they explode if ya hit em right. I haven't done as much shooting this year as I'd planned. But I am taking the first week of hunting season off since it begins on my birthday this year... maybe I'll get that first ever elk. Nahh that sounds like too much work. (NOT)
I also love to target shoot, but thats mainly when I change a sight or just want to make sure things are zero'd.
Go get em killers!

Well, crap!!! As it turns out, I'm not going to be able to go shooting this weekend because it seems my folks need my help with they're yard and moving stuff into the new house! That's what you get for owing money to your folks. I think I'd rather owe the Mafia, at least when they break your fingers you can't work for awhile. When you owe Mom and Dad, the guilt trips are murder. Anyway, I'll give you a call this week sometime Matt and see if you want to go.

Thats cool, I got a new shotgun.... I think... the paperwork has been "delayed". I got a smoking hot deal on a nearly new Rem 11-87 12 gauge. I just had to jump on it. I was looking on Gunbroker and saw that they were going for close to $700... I didn't even pay half that.
