belt tensioner releasing tool

I have been reading in the service manual about how to change the timing belt for a 98 Ranger w/2.5L engine. Anyone know where I can get the belt tensioner releasing tool? I have tried to search for it on the internet but I can not find it. Is there another company that makes this tool?

Any help is apprecited.

the tool is an old tool no. just loosen(do not remove) the pivot bolt and the adjusting bolt and get on the belt side of the pulley with whatever pry bar you have handy(i use a ladies foot and push the pulley away from the belt and tighter the adjusting bolt to hold it in place and remove belt, all of this after you have it on TDC.
