Hey guys,
Does anyone know of a good engine rebuild shop in the San Fernando Valley (aka Northridge area). My neighbor needs his inline 6 rebuilt after 300,000 miles in his early 90"s Ford truck. I am unaware of any good shops as I just moved to the area recently. He just knows I work on my cars and asked if I knew anybody. TIA

If you're willing to make the trip to Ventura, there's a good shop here. Fisher Martin automotive is a good honest shop. Gary Martin is a top notch mechanic.

 

I'll second that. Gary has done work on my companies vehicles for many years and a couple of my own personnal ones as well.
