Water/Meth Injection

I love water injection. Other than the initial cost the power is practically free. The main reason I bought it was for the lower EGT's, but the power it add's is a nice kick in the pants too. I have yet to experience any downsides. I suppose since water doesn't compress that one could get into trouble injecting too much water at too low boost pressure, but I start the first stage at 15 psi boost with 130 psi pump pressure and it works great.
I don't know anything about the snow performance system that dieselsite sells. My DPS system has a reservoir that is at least four times the size of the snow kit, my pump looks bigger...hard to tell from the picture, and my system uses all heavy duty weatherpack switches and connectors (similar to OEM) with braided steel pressure lines. IMO it is a superior system.

I have not put mine back on the rollers with the water, but the claim is easily believeable for me.
Both I and BigHoss550 are already running the system (Mine from DPS and his homemade) and Choctaw Bob is in the process of installing his.

I hate to be repeative but, what i want to know is will water injection help my nearly stock 96 4.9. I just want something that will add a quick boost to help blow the 4 banger rice burners away. BTW my only current "performance" upgrades are KnN air filter, and a single in single out flowmaster.

IMO it would just be easier to slap a 50-75HP nitrous oxide shot on it and call it good.
