wolf creek pass

hey guys/gals i am from iowa but am a long haul truck driver, i just got home from pulling a load of pipe out to durango for the new medical center they are building there. i got to go over wolf creek pass for the first time and i must say WOW, if it wasnt for all the construction they are doing there, it would have been a awesome ride. It still was great and the views were breathtaking. It is defintly one of my favorites now to go over. although taking hwy 6 over loveland pass is still one of the best rides i have ever took.

Colorado has some GREAT passes, and as long as you didnt burn your brakes up...lol...like some of the flats drivers do, im glad you enjoyed it. I drive Loveland Pass, US6 in my Ford a few times a month just to get away from the highway.
