Private Messaging Turned Back On
The private messaging system has been turned back on. To keep this feature on, the following guidelines need to be followed:
1. First and foremost, do not abuse them. If you shift the bulk of your forum activity from posting to PM's, we'll turn the feature off for you.
2. Do not use PMs as replies to posts. Post your replies in the forum threads.
3. PMs should be used for contacting other users about private issues, meeting them offline, handling a parts swaps, giving users your private email address, phone number, etc.

It's turned on
Just click your user name in one of your posts and see the text about sending you a private message.
I'll even send you one.
EDIT:
Well, you're correct, even though the check box says yes for private messaging,it will not let anyone send you one.
Ken or Eric will have to look deeper.
