Englewood's new ordinance discriminates against hobbyists
Anybody that lives in Englewood should know by now about a new ordinance that prohibits trailers, boats or unlicensed vehicles in your driveway. Seems this is a problem in Englewood and it must be stopped. They are threatening to fine me for my 67 F250 sitting in my own driveway without an engine. It doesn’t matter if the engine is in the shop as we speak. It must move on its own or get it out of the driveway.

Looks like a friend of the mayor needed a job...and what better way to help a friend out than to impede on the rights of the citizen..this the law you are talking about..i dont see it saying anything about parking them on your private property, but i will keep looking and see if i find anything, if i do, i will post it here for you...

says the vehicle cannot be in view, doesnt specify that you cant have a tarp in view, which apparently has an in-op vehicle under it....
