Virginia Spring and Alignment in Arlington. When I used to live there they did a lot of performance specialized work etc. They did good work too.

Good luck! My Ford dealer here in Norfolk VA had the equipment, so I was lucky. Kramer Tire also has it. They wanted about $100 to RF balance and rotate my 4 tires, but Ford did it for me for free under warranty.
