$5000 damage with a pumpkin

Someone thought it would be fun to through a very large pumpkin at the back window of my lightning. The day after holloween, I got lazy and didn't pull the truck in the driveway. My wife heard a loud bang about 10PM that night. The next morning I found the rear window was gone (along with a bend window frame) and pieces of pumpkin all over the inside of my new Lightning. I was sick! I took it to the repair shop and they had to replace the rear window and frame, the front windshield, dashboard, radio, steering wheel and a lot of clean up. The shop told me that the damage came to over $5000.00. The good news is the insurance company paid 100% of the repair costs.

Today my wife noticed some more pieces of rear window glass that is still falling out.

Why are there sick people out there that seem to get their kicks out of damaging another's property?

Flying glass can cause a lot more damage than one might imagine.

That's just wrong, even if your insurance covered it. Some people have no respect for other people's property. Sure, we all get a little crazy every now and then, but there's a line, and that definitely crossed it.
