95 2.3 liter timing belt marks

Can any one tell me what the timing marks look like? I have found some that look like small triangles and some that look like a big indention.... which ones do I use when replacing the timing belt?

has some pics I found and some I took when doing mine. When you reinstall the crank trigger, make SURE the sheet metal "chopper wheel" does not hit it by SLOWLY turning the engine over with a wrench.
