So I take it most of you deal with Raisor? My experience has been positive.
For the most part. Im in the process of teaching them not to talk customers out of upgrading brakes for the sake of selling stock. Im thru 2 sets of complete brakes with no trailer. Took 2 weeks to blue the first set. These have been blue, havent been back yet.
Just ask to talk to Phil Coverdale. First thing he asked me was: "So what are we going to put on?" I did stock. Thought about the ceramics, but there is really little that can slow this down.
I can't say I care a whole lot for Raisor's "service" department, but I don't think they're any worse than any other dealership. I own older trucks, so I'm not on their "high priority" list, I'm sure. But, I do like they guys they have behind the parts counter. They have been MORE than helpful a few times and found me some deals on occasion. One deal was that they found me a reman'd front bumper for about $175, instead of just trying to sell me a new one for $400.
It is interesting that different people can have so much different experiences. Abou the only negativity I have for them was a bad experience in parts, but that was 10 years ago,
