problem with my lightning

i had a question about this lightning that i am getting, my buddy checked it out for me and cmae back with this info:

the inside and the engine compartment and under the hood in not painted the same color as the top of the hood, it looks as if they are primer colored, is this normal, also the rubber stoppers that the hood rests on are also painted the primer color.

the tranny cooler has a dent in it so does the driver side rocker panel.

the rear window gasket on the interior of the truck is pushing out towards the eterior of the truck

the final thing is the frame is undercoated, is this normal, the guy didnt ask to have this done, and didnt know anything about it.

besides this, my buddy said the truck was clean.

i got a carfax report on this truck and it came back clean, so if it was ****ed up, it wasnt reported, could you help me on this one, i would appreciate it.
