I have to admit, not having a forum for my region was one of the last remaining factors on why I haven't become a member of FTE.

I guess I have no more excuses other than a empty wallet!

I don't suppose that great wealth, wisdom, and knowledge will be bestowed on me by becoming member?

I just thought I'd ask.

BTW, if this forum is in need of a Moderator, I'd wouldn't have any problem volunteering my self, even though I don't have any prior experince.

Great Stuff, a place to call home from home..

I am trying always to return to the high Plains, so here I can do it vicariously.

We should set up some kind of vote.

I am volunteering for a moderator position as well. I have plenty of time and have been a member for the year.

If I only had a scanner, Theo, I found my pictures of a place called Mystic lake in MT's Absaroka-Beartooth wilderness.

I wonder if they can make a picture CD from just the negatives?

You are making me feel homesick guys.. I am coming as soon as the ice gets down to a manageable level - I think my Airstream would freeze solid if i came now. I need to remedy this.

Just put some studded snow tires on the ole Airstream! We have one or two airports in our area , maybe they could de-ice it.

Is this for real? This is great. Now it doesn't seem so lonely here in ND.

Well, now..... we is finally important.

Matt, thanks for your suggestion on the new High Plains Drifters. Somehow I feel like I should be riding a tall horse and chasing after bad guys, but will have to settle on doing it in style. Maybe farther down the road, if whoever ends up as moderator needs some help, I might be able to volunteer. But for now, I think you would be just fine as moderator, since it was your suggestion that got the powers that be worked up enough to start the forum for us. Oh, and by the way.... to whoever did it... thanks.

Hops on horse and drifts off into the sunset.

I tried getting it done up during the summer but,I guess too many users weren't around much.
I have had the name of the chapter ready for creation for at least
7 months.

You guys in these states are lucky to have some great Car/Truck shows during spring thru fall.
