emtabmm maybe you can clarify this. I am wanting to propane my new 6.0 when I get it BUT I have heard that the new piston rods are a powdered metal. the old 7.3 rods were forged. Is this true? and if so would it be safe to still inject the 6.0 or am I just looking for trouble?
Quickest way to void a perfectly good 100000 mile warranty..... OK mods would include exhaust, filters and some cold air intakes.....Of course if you don't care about the warranty, the engine will hold it....
Which intakes are OK? and as far as exhaust, is catback only "OK" or can you do the DP back without pissing off the claims guys? I am about to order my new CrewCab 250Sd with the 6.0 and I am just trying to get my facts straight.
and the Intake? Thanks for the above btw.
My local dealer has a to-be-delivered bright red Crew 4x4 with the black leather XLT Sport interior (SWEEEEET) those carbon fibre accents are nice. Working on the details now.....wish me luck
Yeah, Thanks for the above info emtabm. Is there a possible problem that a down pipe or turbo back system can cause? Good luck on getting a new truck erilind!
