For a stock 360, I'd say the holley throttle body system would probably be adequate:

For something more, I'd look at their MPFI system:

Of course, because it has the word holley in it, the links are screwed up. I'll just make them text so you can copy and paste them.

They still dont work, just go to holley.com and navigate to fuel injection systems.
