It definately shouldn't be a 9", as they were only put in half ton trucks and some cars.
It's probably not going to be a Ford 10.25" because they weren't introduced until '83.
I hesitate to say for certain without seeing it, because a lot of the time you just don't know what's under these things after 20 years.

rear differential identification
That's a Dana 61 Full Float, 3.54 ratio according to Dana's website. But it also shows to be for the F-350 instead of an F-250.
