Ranger Fuse Layout

First post…

I just bought a 1999 Ranger XLT 4x4, 3.0L V-6. I’m trying to find the fuse panel layout. I tried to register at MyFord and download the owners manual but for some reason it won’t let me do the advanced registration.

Specifically I’m looking for what the fuses in slots 5, 6, 23, 30, 31, 32, 34 and 36 and what ratings are needed (if any). All those slots are empty.

I’d appreciate any help that anyone might have…

Thanks!

Welcome to FTE! I am in the process of getting manuals myself. Is that myford.com? Someone here will give you an answer.

Hello dc_320, welcome to FTE!

Since your 1999 Ranger is virtually identical to my '98, this ought to help you out:

Thanks! If you go to www.ford.com there is an owners section...that's where I saw the owners manual download...that I can't get...

You're welcome.

If you need a diagram for the Power Distribution Box (located under the hood), you will find that here: Foglight Thread w/1998 Ranger Power Distribution Box
