Question Right Front Brake

Hello again!

I just had checked my brakes and they were at 50% , when I was on a road trip I started to have a noise then grinding by the time I drove 100 miles. All my brakes but my front right were about 45% worn. My inside front right rotor was toast, outside was smooth. I am curious that only that pad wore down to the metal and all others were smooth and even. Any idea's. I am thinking my front caliper could be binding?
