I've searched around for a specific list of scheduled maintenance past the 150k mile mark but couldn't find a complete or a definitive list really. As you know, Ford's list stops at 150k. So, I'm wondering if anyone with the knowledge/experience can share with me what it is. Any other general tips for longevity are appreciated, too. I have an 04 XLT Screw at 162K that runs like a charm.

 

My 2004 STX has 160,000 miles on it and i noticed the same thing in my maintenance manual, I service at every 5,000 miles so i just went back to the beginning of the service book and will follow that scheduled again. Ive got some rust issues starting to creep up on me so i might be jumping on a 2015 when they come out. My 4.6 still runs good.
