Bought a good 2001 pickup last year and it is serving me well, but for the bench seat. I'm developing some back issues with probably surgery next month and need something with basic adjustments. My seat is the basic bench, you an move it forward or back, but there is no recline adjustments, you can either put the seat back down or up.

Are there any options for a better seat? Where might one get these. I'm out on Long Island NY, but the good thing is I have a pick up truck if I can drive and get one.
