I'm still looking for some advice about my 01 f150 it has a 4.6 in it. I've recently changed the spark plugs and coils and a fuel filter. It still sounds like it has a miss to it and it stutters while in regular drive gear. Any advice?

 

Could have cracked a plug, left a coil or injector connector loose, or have low compression on a cylinder.
