Plz need help with a 4.6

I have a 2001 f150 it stumbles on take off and in regular drive gear. I've changed spark plugs and all coils are working fine. I'm getting a couple of codes on the scanner one is p1408 EGR flow out of range. It has a brand new EGR valve on it. Secondly it's showing p1131 h025 bank 1 sensor indicates lean. I don't know what to do no cat codes or misfire codes what does all of this mean?

For the EGR:

It's vacuum modulated, so I'd look at the tubing to make sure it seals properly/nothing was broken when the valve was changed. If the vacuum reaching the EGR is wrong, the valve won't open properly.

Actually, as I re-read your post I'd most definitely look at the vacuum modulator tubing as a leak will suck in air unaccounted for by the MAP/MAF, thus leaning the air/fuel mixture. Bank 1 is the one through four cylinders on the passenger side, which is where the tubing for the EGR vacuum originates.
