My 03 6.0 in pictures...

So with all the pics I have taken, I figured they could use their own thread… So here they all are, starting from the oldest to the newest. I will add new ones as I take them. Enjoy!

Removing the cladding and adding the stone guards:

Various photos of the underside, before all the upgrades:

Under the hood:

Adding some extra reverse lights...

Picking up the bumper (before having paint issues):

Upgrades for the Ex!

The bumper has been powder coated and the Ex is looking good!

OMG, David is the first man to say that "bigger is not better."

Seriously, you should put some of your talent here: https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/1...to-thread.html

Just glad I have band width like a fire hydrant.

Looks great! Always fun to see the glamour shots after hard work and/or money spent. Love the bumper. I will definitely consider going through the same guys if I ever want to put bumpers on my Ex.

Great thread over there... But if I were to start sharing my random and work photos, I would crash another thread

Please tell me you've driven through at least an abandoned shed with that bumper. Or a Prius. Preferably the Prius.

Been debating pulling the moldings off of mine, but it's white and the bumpers are tan and chrome so I don't think it'd look as clean as yours.

Considered one-piece headlights? I think they'd look sharp on your rig.

I had a little 4 door run a red light in front of me today. If my passenger had not seen her, it would have been splat for her. She was looking down at her cell phone when she sailed through. I shot out after her and told her to wake up or she is going to kill herself. She just looked at me like "oh well." I swear some drivers out there are no better than steering wheel holders.

I love not having the molding, I enjoy the clean sides.

As for headlights, maybe some day, but I am OK with the stockers for now. Thanks for the feedback. I am always looking for possibilities when upgrading my Ex.

Pictures are Excursion size...It took awhile to load.

Bumper looks awesome. How is the new suspension compare to the old?

The new suspension absorbs the bumps a lot better and the body roll has been greatly reduced. All around, it is a much more comfortable ride.
