1964 F100 2WD could have a 5 leaf spring pack w/a 950 lb. load rate or a 6 leaf spring pack w/a 1250 lb. load rate. An auxillary spring (1 leaf) was optional for both.
The rear springs are the same 1957/67 F100 2WD, so there are other leaf spring packs that could be used.
