05 Escape oil leak fix or not?

Just joined.
Have quick question on my 05 Escape 3.0L. Very small leak bottom of timing chain cover. Cleaned, drove 600 miles, oil level fine.
Am I OK with just checking it. Thanks

I would just keep an eye on it a bit longer, say a couple of oil change cycles and see if its really that bad. If could have been spilled from an oil change some time in the past. JMO

Ditto!

I think I have the same issue on mine, but I need to work myself up want to go back in for some more. I just did the oil pan gasket and it'll need a valve cover gasket soon too, but the front crankshaft seal and timing cover gaskets are high on the list.
