Lets do this again guys. We had a good turn out last year, hope to get some more out to grill and kick back and talk trucks this year. Our Michigan Chapter is growing, and I am hoping that we can have a bigger turn out!!

Let do same place, Fitzgerald Park in Grand Ledge Michigan. (west side of Lansing) we can say noon to whenever. Bring a dish to pass.

April 13th is the second Sunday in April, lets hope for warm weather!!

Post up how many are coming, and what you might be bringing and I will try to keep this first post edited so we all know.

i put it in our calender. assuming it will be both of us and the two kids. maybe even the minidog.

 

Caitlin and I will make it along with Kazie and Murdou. I can smoke up a shoulder if that's good with everybody.

 

Torr & Chopper will be there. Unless issues arise between now and then.

 

i will plan on attending with wife and toddler - dish to pass TBD for the moment.. may also play a little disc golf while we are there!

 

Just checked the calendar, looks good on my end. Jen most likely, unless her college classes play interference.
Burgers or steaks are most convenient for me, but I can fill gaps to if need be.

 

I'm up in the air as now. Would like to come, but have to check work schedule.

 

i will sign us up for texas caviar (i've heard it called cowboy salsa, among other names). then like Chad said i can fill a gap if need be when it gets close.

 

i'll plan on loaded baked potato salad and tuna noodle salad.

 

please make sure all this food is low-fat, gluten-free, free range only, organic, non-preservative, and veegan friendly.

 

all of my food is friendly. i don't cook angry food.

i will warn you guys that i don't eat pork, though, so my baked potato salad is made with crispy turkey bacon instead.

 

Do you eat beef? If so I can plan on smoking some jerky or sticks as well. Or I can try and do some turkey jerky or sticks. let me know.

 

I do consider myself a vegetarian, I just let the cow process it first.
