Are there any swap meets within an hour or 2 of Detroit this spring/summer? They don't have to be Ford truck specific, but at least have some Ford truck parts represented.
Not really sure? Swap meets have gone the way of the Dodo bird. Too easy and cheaper on CL. What are you looking for? We can keep our eyes open for you.

Cab marker lights (lenses only), Brush guard for transfer case, western style fold away mirrors, cluster w/tach. All for a '96 F-150 (except the mirrors - I like the older style that were phased out well before '96). Also, I need a rust-free bed close by as they can't be shipped.
Honestly, I haven't really scrubbed the local boneyards yet as it's too cold. i was going to wait until spring. It's very possible i can get all of the above there.
I'll keep my eyes open. Most boneyards don't have the older stuff, but we got a decent one up here that I like to treasure hunt through.
Where is it at? My sister-in-law lives up on Old Mission Penninsula, and My buddy has a place up near East Jordan that I go up to once or twice a year. Always in the mood to take a walk through junk yard while on vacation!
Swaney's is by Bellaire. Not far from East Jordan. There's another one just south of Mancelona, but I don't know if they allow you to walk around.
Gene's auto parts is south of Chums corners (by Menards) near Blair Townhall Rd and M37.
yes, auto parts. but do OWNER only. when you add dealer it brings up like 300 used tire options. annoying. Also their search engine sucks, I always type multiple searches. f250, f-250, f350, f-350, super duty
Torr do the bone yards have any dent sides that haven't been picked apart? my brother lives on Blair townhall rd, he hasent had a chance to swing by and check for me, would be nice to know what they have before I bring my resto project up there for the metal work to be done.
You might want to check the main classifieds in the forums and maybe some of the chapters out west. Those trucks seem to get preserved better where there isn't salt in use.

Gene's has mostly late models. Not sure what you mean by dent sides? Reading comprehension eludes me today.
