Im ringing in the new year installing new truck speakers. Found out yesterday my trusty advanced auto no name amp was only good for a meager decade so today I go amp shopping!

Happy New Year everyone. Heading into town for a movie and lunch with the wife on our day off. Good thing to start the year is the truck is done and home. Bad thing is I still have to drive the Impala. We should all get raises in 2014 lol!

No my 7.3 is the best truck of all time! Unless......we are talking about 6.0s. Glad you liked that thread Jared. I know I was having fun with it.

Yes it will Brandon, but we have faith in you. God does too. Charles Swindoll says it's 90% attitude.

Solid or liquid?

We took my nearly 3 year old daughter to see her first theater movie. We went to a less popular theater and a really early showing because we didnt know how she would do.. turns out no precaution needed. She was excellent. Sat through frozen without a hitch at all. I am pretty proud.

Also got a 1000 watt amp for my truck as an open box special at best buy so I am all set for audio. The sub I put is is far larger than I need, so everything is turned way down but it fits behind the seat no problem (though I may pull part of the liner so it doesnt push against the seat on the edge.

I'd recommend it.. not only will it keep the sub's coil and former happy, you should het a little more volume and work the setup even less. I need to send my sub in for a rebuild, I think my surround touching the seat was what really did it in (impedes the linearity of the cone travel).
