New to FTE

Hey guys, Just picked up my "new" to me Ex!! Now I can start modifying it.
2000 Excursion 4x4, Powerstroke with 205,000 miles. All Stock
The Plan:
x-codes, 2" Hanger kit
mod b-codes, 3.5" block
tires:

315/75/16
