Ummmm, all of the parts of the pig that you don't want to go to waste.

Very, very, good breakfast meat. Or some like it on sandwiches.

Scrapple, also known by the Pennsylvania Dutch as Pon Haus, is traditionally a mush of pork scraps and trimmings combined with cornmeal and wheat flour, often buckwheat flour, and spices.

Scrapple is formed into loaves, with the meat products having been already cooked and with the grain products, formed into small loaves. It is best served with fried with a golden crisp crust, and served together with a couple of eggs, either on a plate, or as a convenient Grab & Go sandwich. Ya can't beat it!

Some folks have never tasted scrapple, and wouldn't touch it, yet they'll quickly snarf down a hot dog or sausage..... Go Figure!

We drove 2500 miles just to get a bite of Miss Helen's scrapple, and it was worth it!

Need a C.A.R.E. package shipped to 90713
