JACK
I've been searching around for a decent F250 capable trolley jack.
The net is swamped with cute little alloy ricer jacks ATM, they were even stacked up in Costco - sexy little 'low profile' numbers - great if your ride is light & low.
I found this and jumped on - 685mm lift height:

If there's any interest I post pics & review.

I personally use this:
Heavy Duty 3 Ton Floor Jack w/ Rapid Pump
Only goes to 475mm, and only rated to 3ton, not 5, but I only use it for lifting the axles. I have a 6 ton bottle jack I use/carry in the truck as well.
Your's looks like a nice unit, we had a very similar one at Ford when I worked there for working on Effies, that we thieved from the truck division when they closed down (the plant they used to build tractors and Louisville Semi's )

Trade Tools jack - seriously HEAVY duty - 90kgs in weight, came in a steel reinforced cardboard + plywood box - 2 person lift.
Will make light work of the F250:
