Where to get my 5.4l replaced?

Long story short my truck has the famous 5.4l tick and its driving me crazy but up until a week ago it was just a tick with no lose of power or anything. Well the other night it started shaking really bad and sounding like a tractor. I got two engine codes at that same moment saying p0340 and p0344. Which is camshaft sensor 1. I dont know if this is something easy to fix but I was still on the line of just wanting to get a new motor and start fresh. I was quoted $4500 installed for a ford rebuilt motor. That price was about right for a few places I called in the Kenner area, Im from outside of New Orleans. Thing is I just dont know who to trust when it comes to who to install it. I read a few bad reviews on some of the places going bankrupt and everyone losing their warranty then the next day they reopen under another name.

So my question is have any of yall had to replace motors and recommend a trusted shop. I dont care if I have to spend a LITTLE more but not 3k more. Im just so over this motor and problems. I was told the ford rebuilt has all upgraded parts of the ones that was causing the problems.

Do you have any personal experience with them? I will be calling them later for a quote, thanks.

They put a 4.6l in my little brothers truck about 3-4 years ago and he hasn't had any issues. They did make him pay for a new radiator. They told him they wouldn't cover any cooling system warranty with the old radiator.
