Hello August, if getting ol red down to Alan's and getting started on its overhaul, can I claim that as getting some work done on it in July?

Well Dave since our chapter leader....who is that guy, whats his name again? Can't do his duties, "for shame for shame", thanks for starting the Aug thread.

A little early, but I'll play along.

I'm beat. I worked until I couldn't see what I was doing.

Lots of work done though. I couldn't get any pictures since I could barely see what I was doing.

You mean, what's his name with a RED truck, not a PINK Bronco, right?

When Rich sneaks off to work again, I'm gonna paint that Bronco "arrest me red" and stop all this nonsense.

Good morning everybody. Kinda rough evening last night, boss called at 9:00 to tell me one of our coworkers had died and he was only 55. Had a diabetic seizure Sunday while fishing, stayed in the hospital til yesterday when they sent him home "healthy" and his neighbor found him dead yesterday evening. We're a close knit group and have worked together 12 years with him, Now there's three of us here and a really somber day.

I KNOW Alan has a 5 gallon bucket of paint. I'm sure that would be more than enough to do the truck & Bronco BOTH (& have left over). If I was Rich, I'd be .

Chip sorry to hear about loosing a friend and coworker, hang in there.

I would probably for real shot a guy that messed with my Fords.

I do not want this.....

But would take the arena I am working at, 100x225 and LOTS of room for lots of Fords and a few work shops and a paint booth and a indoor rock pile to crawl on. Here is some of my handy work, the block wall and the fresh sheeting.

It has a 40x40 enclosed shop on concrete and 2 bathrooms.

There is even a Ford truck truck in there, it belongs to a guy in the Army stationed in Germany.

Thanks RIch, that is one plenty big space for all kinds of automotive projects. I bet we could run out of space even in a warehouse like that.

Yea and its for sale....but I would have to move into the camper in the background, lol, or build some kind of dog house to live in.

I would hate to pay to concrete the rest of it to be a proper monster shop. But is has 6" insulation (all walls and ceilings), wired 220, hot and cold running water, all 4 garage doors have auto openers.

Horse people.....more money than sense.
