Exhaust Help

I have a 2000 F-250 5.4 with a lift, K&N cold air intake and a hyper-tech programmer but I need to replace the exhaust. I primarily use the truck for towing a camper so I dont want alot of rumble. Any ideas as to how to go. Headers? no headers? with or without cats?, muffler type? I know I want to go to a 3 inch pipe.

Just my two cents worth but I've got 187K on my 2003 F-250 and it's still stout. I'll stick with factory to continue this kind of service.
