I hate doing this but I need to trade my truck for a 66 Mustang, moving to Europe in a year or two and the truck would be impossible to have in Europe.That is the only reason I am thinking about trading. When I go back I want to take the car back with me, and I think that a Mustang would be easier to find mechanics to work on them and probably easier to send over to Europe.
Do not get me wrong, I love my truck if I stay I would not sell, but in Europe it will be easier and more convenient to have a Mustang, I think.
The truck has 67000 original miles, believe me they are original, When you see the truck you will believe it. My mechanic agrees after working on the truck. The engine looks fantastic includes all original decals, installed by me to make it perfect.
It is a 4 speed manual, 2wd, 3,00 gears in the rear, it is a San Jose built truck, always in California, short bed truck. All numbers match. It is the top of the line Ranger version. The bed is perfect, it was linex-ed and color match, so the bed is the same color as the truck. It looks great.
Work I have done to the truck, replaced brake master cylinder, changed freeze plugs, reseal transmission. There are no leaks on the truck. I have replaced all fluids. Did a tune up and installed electronic ignition. It drives like a new car, with the exception of power steering.
Everything works on the truck. It is in excellent condition. Everything is original, even the radio.
It is the best original truck I have seen ever period. You will not be disappointed.
I am looking for a 1966 Ford Mustang in equivalent condition.
