Anyone from Canada or alberta have there tpms lowered for larger tires?

Hi there
Trying to get my tpms settings lowered for my 2011 f350 6.2 at my dealership in Yellowknife and they say it cant be done,if anyone has had it done in Canada or Alberta could you please tell me were you had it done so I can tell them what dealership can do it and get them to call them so they can figure it out.

Thanks Steve

It can be done. I pulled this from another post where some folks have had it done:

1. Followed path: Module Programming> Programmable Parameters> Tire Pressure Monitoring System

2. Some warning pop-ups that you just click "OK" and/or "YES" through.

3. Set the pressure for front and rear.

I needed that to be done to my 2012 F250 also. The service manager told me that they only had one geek in the dealership that could reset that, so I made an appointment for when the geek was working. He reset all to 55 and I am happy now.

So they are feeding you El Toro poo poo.

The legalities/liabilities of changing the TPMS have been discussed quite a bit here. I don't know if the same laws apply to us in Canada but the 2 nearest dealerships here in Sask said they can't and won't do it. I ended up ditching the BFG Mud Terrains with a lower max psi and went with Toyo M/T's
