Decode help (sry -I know it's been done)
Here we go:
I THINK it is a 1966. She is mostly scrap but I am pulling parts. It is a Ford F600 4x4. Has the Rockwell 233 T-Case and 7.20 ratio rear end. The question I have is the front axle.
First of all, I have the T.case & shafts off, but the joint at the front axle which the drive shafts attaches to spins free even when the manual locking hubs are to the lock position? any ideas why this may be?
Secondly, If there is serious internal damage in the axle/diff, I was hoping someone here with more knowledge than I could identify what model front axle I should be looking at as I have yet to find any S/N on it.
Codes are as follows:
F60ECJ14783
T32 T F600 D 8 4 66
19500 182 3800 B66753
Then on the sun visor is a sticker that says :
"NAPCO POWER-PAK" which then has a small diagram of how to use the all wheel drive and shift the T-case.
Again, any info from the above codes would be appreciated.
Joe.
