I'm old school...so I did the first oil change at 1,500 miles. Went with the Motorcraft filter and Motorcraft Synthetic Blend 5w-20 both from Wally world. I drove the truck up on a couple of stacked 2x6's that I made into a small ramp and it was very easy to get to the filter and drain plug. Everything went very smooth and easy

 

ha that's funny...I did the same thing...had a 6x6x12 laying around cut them up made a ramp just right for sliding underneath and greasing and pleasing....good job....
