Congrats to 2TonHog and his 2003 HD F150 for being chosen as the ROTW.

Thanks! The truck just turned 10 in March and I brought it home in mid-April. Has just over 150k on the ticker now. Last time out it ran 12.93 in the 1/4. Putting down 406hp/509lbft now. Probably done modifying it until I can afford to build a shortblock.

Very nice ET's!

What mods have you done?

Why just a short block? Why not the whole kit and kaboodle and include heads and cam?

Mods List:
Magnum Powers supercharger, tensioner bridge and adjustable tensioner,
Metco 9" interchangable crank pulley,
Billetflow 2.93" interchangable blower pulley (about 16#'s of boost),
Dynatech longtubes, mid-pipes and hi-flow cats,
Bassani cat-back,
NGK plugs
Reichard Racing double-bearing idlers
Gregg Evan's "Factory Tech" street tranmission valve body, 4x4 trans pan
K&N intake
SCT BA2600 MAF
Accufab single-blade throttle body
Hotchkis TVS suspension (swaybars, springs and leafs)
Bilstein shocks
Stiffler's Chassis Performance Kit (cross-brace, traction (long) bars and driveshaft loop)
DMR Panhard Bar
DMR Oil Seperator
JLP "street" intercooler reservoir
JLP radiator tank
RotorPro's rotors (never again)
Performance Friction "Z" pads
Ford Racing boost gauge on the column
Aeroforce Interceptor to monitor everything else
Not that they help go any faster, but I have Sylvania Xenarc headlamps and Roush HID foglight conversion.
I have a bunch of stereo stuff and a cab full of dynamat that upped the weight and slowed me down.

I really don't have high horsepower aspirations, I'd rather it just be a quick street truck. I'd be happy going with a built shortblock, having TEA port & polish my heads and getting a mild cam set...then I'd put a wagon wheel on the crank pulley and spin the heck out of the Magnum Powers blower.

Very good choice....very good.

then I'd put a wagon wheel on the crank pulley and spin the heck out of the Magnum Powers blower.
I got a wagon wheel lower (10lb lower) for my L, but then modding the truck took a backseat and I never took it out of the box.

I have a bunch of stuff I never put on my L, sitting in my garage. Sigh...maybe one day.
