Baking went good.. Got the trifle and Cheesecake done to perfection..

Tried a new recipe for Red Velvet Cheesecake brownies that didn't come out well..

It was edible, but not to my standards to give to others..LOL

 

That's good. You'll have to send me some to try. LOL

We have kayaks. But I hate black flies and mosquitoes. They aren't as bad during the summer. I also hate seeing the snow melt and the brown.
