And again I miss the boat, but I'm too tired to care.

I don't drink coffee, but it may be time for some tea. Sometimes I hate working the early hours.

Good morning everyone!

Still waiting to hear from Balise Ford. After telling me on Friday they were certain it was drivetrain related they can't seem to find the problem, and the tech spent half of Saturday working on that. Still think it's the tires!

Are they actually covering all this time diagnosing the issue under warranty?

They charge $100 for diagnosis, and this is something I've had no luck tracking down on my own. I think something is wrong with the tires, but I'm open to the idea of it being something else. If they misdiagnose a problem and fix something that isn't broken I won't be paying for it.

But of course, in the event it's the tires they will eat the diagnosis. Last I heard he was messing with different pinion angles by shimming the axle.

Just got off the phone, they are sending my driveshaft out to get checked and balanced. They can't find anything else wrong and this is apparently the next step...
