Does the motor bog down, or does the window get cockeyed?

Window adjustment

Putting the window down, absolutely no problem. Putting the window up, it will "bounce", if that makes any sense. It will come part way up and stop. When the window is all the way down, I have to take a pair of pliers, put a slight bit of up pressure with the pliers and the window goes right up. When I am putting a slight bit of "up" pressure with the pliers and push the "up" switch, no problem. any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Bill p.s. I don't notice any cocking when the window is coming up.

The plastic spacers in the lift motor gear assembly are known to wear then cause this issue. Some info in this thread: https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/9...or-repair.html

The clutch might be going in the pwr widow motor. You have to take the motor out and get a gear kit from Auto Zone . The clutch is 3 small plastic ***** in the gears. The number is WL33000 by siemens.
