460 "straight up" timing set?

I'm doing a little refresh on the 460 in my 78 F150, its out of a 79 F350. I'm pulling all the emissions stuff, doing plugs/wires/cap/rotor, ederlbrock intake, fenderwell headers, rear sump oilpan/pickup/1 piece oil pan gasket, new oil pump, new water pump, new timing cover (old one was broken), new thermostat, radiator, shroud, radiator cap, etc. As you can guess the motor is torn down pretty good. while I've got it apart I'd like to go ahead and change the timing set. I understand the 70 and earlier timing set is "straight up" and makes more power. The thing is, if you type in 460 timing set at summit racing, they have a few different ones to chose from and they all say you can install them at 0 degrees, +4, or -4. 0 degrees would be "straight up," right? They don't break them down by year so I'm guessing they only make them this way anymore.

I want to get a kit to do cams and springs/retainers/lifters all that while I'm at it but not sure if that will be budgetable this go round.
