I have the chance to buy a 67 metal bezel. In my 67 ford someone put a 68 plastic bezel with gauges. I would like to use the 67 metal bezel,and use the 68 gauge cluster. Can i do this?

 

the identification on fordification shows the cluster 67-69 being the same(at least from the back).

Clueless Fordification.com has the 1964/72 Ford Truck Parts Catalog on their website. Someone over there should open their peepers and look up the following:

C7TZ-10848-B .. Instrument Cluster Back-Use with Oil/Amp Gauges = 1967 F100/350 ONLY.

C7TZ-10848-C .. Instrument Cluster Back-Use with Oil/Amp Warning Lamps = 1967 F100/350 ONLY.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
C8TZ-10848-A .. Instrument Cluster Back-Use with Oil/Amp Gauges = 1968/69 F100/350 ONLY.

C8TZ-10848-B .. Instrument Cluster Back-Use with Oil/Amp Warning Lamps = 1968/69 F100/350 ONLY.

1970/72 F100/350's have printed circuit boards. 1970 cluster backs/printed circuit boards are one year only, 1971/72 is the same.

 

Yes, the '67 bezel will mate with the '68 cluster. The plastic bezel in my '70 was faded and the mating points were split. The '70 gauge cluster was hard to see with the '70 bezel while driving and the '67 bezel fixed all that for me.
