1960 f350 should i buy it?

Hi guys im looking for some imput. I have a chance at buying a 1960 f350 from my grandpa. It's been sitting for 20+ years but still in fair condition. Motor and trans are 223 with a 4 speed it has a 9 foot bed and comes with extra doors and a front clip. The motor still turns over by hand and the clutch seems good. i just want to use it to haul firewood and scrap to the local bone yard. Ill try to get some pics of it up as soon as i can. thanks for your time.

The better question to ask your self is why shouldn't you buy it?
If your asking us you will find we are all enablers. So my answer is hell yes! Have fun with it and work the wheels off it, thats what it was made for.

Yeah im going to jump on it. I figure that its a decent price for a truck that sat that long. Thanks for the encouragement i will probly be back for some help when i get the old girl home. It isn't so much about affording it. it's more about where to put it.

Nine foot bed? hmmmmm,. 9' flatbed (stakebed) with duals or a 9' flareside bed and single rear wheels? And to answer your question, duh....... It was your grandpas.

As I recollect, there were less than ,1,500 of them made & about 10% have survived. A real keeper especially for the price.
