Anyone try to replace P90-100 CNG regulator with P90-75?

My p90-100 regulator on my 2003 F150 7700 is bad, but I found one from a van that supposedly only had 60,000 miles on it before it was totalled. Both are from 3,600 psi systems, but the one from the van is a couple years older that had a compuvalve. The fittings look identical, except the vent valve placement is slightly different. I can't find what the low pressure side is on the P75-100, but this can apparently be adjusted if necessary.

Has anyone attempted this replacement before? Thanks
